Opening hours

Monday – Friday: 11am – 4pm
Saturday: 11.00am – 2.00pm
Sunday: Open one hour prior to performance on event days only.
On performance evenings the ticket office will reopen one hour before the start of the performance.

Book online at www.burnleymechanics.co.uk (a booking fee of £2 per ticket applies) No charge when booking over the phone or in person at the box office.

How to pay

By MasterCard, Switch or Visa in person and over the phone or by cheque/PO made payable to Burnley Leisure Trust.

Discounts

For most Mechanics promotions discounts are available for children,  students, over 60, J.S.A holders and in receipt of Family Tax Credit. Proof of status is required when booking. Discounts are also available for groups of 10+ and school parties. Full details available from the box office.

Conditions of sale

Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, replaced or money refunded. The management cannot be held responsible for any tickets lost or stolen. Please check your tickets are correct at the time of purchase.  Deposits for Christmas party nights are non-refundable.

Tickets reserved for payment by cheque or cash will be held for three days only after which they will be returned for general sale.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the show please let a member of staff know on the evening so we can rectify the situation at the time.

Please note a £2 per ticket booking fee applies to all tickets booked online.

Tickets booked online can be held at the ticket office for collection or posted to the address of the cardholder , a £1 postage charge applies. If you require your tickets to be posted abroad a further fee will apply, applicable to the country.
